Liz is a Certified Master Trainer, Certified Instructional Designer and Certified Training Director, with three decades of experience in international corporate training and global speaking engagements. She founded PSP in 2020 focusing on teaching virtual presentation skills that evolved into a speaker training curriculum charting a proven pathway to success. A skilled instructor, she has held various faculty positions in clinical research, trial design and project management at the University of California at Berkeley, University of California at Santa Cruz and San Francisco State University. She is an active member of the National Speaker’s Association, Toastmaster’s International, Association of Talent Development, Presentation Guild and serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Women Business Owners, Nashville Chapter.

Liz has earned numerous awards and recognition as a top-rated webinar presenter and conference speaker on behalf of the Project Management Institute and Association of Clinical Research Professionals. She was honored as a Distinguished Speaker and Faculty for the Society of Quality Assurance and received the 212° Award, Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development, Learning and Development. She is a nominee for the 2025 Women of Influence Award by the Nashville Business Journal and a recipient of the 2025 Enterprising Women of the Year Award. Liz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore, Maryland.
